1. Services Offered

NeowebVik provides the following professional services:

Digital Marketing Services and Social Media Marketing & Management.
Website Design, Management, and Development Services

2. Digital Marketing – Client Responsibilities

Content Submission: Clients must provide all necessary content (images, videos, captions) by the 15th of each month.
Review and Feedback: A monthly content calendar will be shared. Clients must review and provide feedback within 3 business days.
Festival Poster: One festival-themed poster per month is included in the package.
Additional Content Charges:
- Extra Reel: ₹150 each
- Extra Poster: ₹75 each
- Additional Revisions: ₹50 per revision (after 4 included revisions per poster)
Design Templates:
- Up to 2 template options will be shared.
- One must be approved within 5 working days.
- If no feedback is received, the first shared template will be finalised automatically.
Reference Material: Clients may share reference designs to align with their brand identity.
Ad Campaign Setup:
- Up to 2–3 monthly setups are included based on the selected service plan.
- Additional setups: ₹500 each.
Ad Billing:
- Clients manage their ad spend independently.
- NeowebVik does not collect or store card details. We may collect OTPs solely for verification purposes, but we do not store any OTPs.
- Ads budget suggestions may be provided upon request.
- No GST invoices will be issued for ad spend; only official Google/Facebook bills will be shared when requested.
Communication:
- Daily communication is conducted via the official WhatsApp group.
- All final approvals or requests must be submitted through email or the CRM system.
Content Schedule:
- Content is delivered weekly, as per the approved content calendar.

3. Website Development – Client Responsibilities

Content Accuracy: Clients must submit accurate and high-quality content (text and images).
Timeline Adherence: Clients must follow the project timeline outlined in the signed agreement.
Change Requests:
- All requests must be made via the CRM ticket system.
- Major structural or design changes will be quoted and billed separately.
Blogs:
- Clients must provide blog content.
- NeowebVik will design and publish after client approval.
- Revisions allowed before final publishing.
Urgent Changes: Can be requested via phone but must be confirmed in writing.
Domain & Hosting:
- From Year 2 onward, clients are responsible for domain and hosting renewal if purchased through NeowebVik.
- NeowebVik is not responsible for managing third-party domains.
Delays:
- Delays in content or feedback beyond 3 business days will lead to timeline extensions.

If no feedback is received within 2 working days on shared designs, they will be considered approved.

4. Contract & Cancellation

Clients may request a plan upgrade via email or CRM.
30 days’ advance written notice is required to cancel any service.
Refunds for partially completed work will be issued on a pro-rata basis.
NeowebVik may terminate services with 7 days’ written notice in case of:
- Non-payment
- Abusive behaviour

Policy violations or misuse

5. Payment Terms

Full or milestone-based advance payments are required, as agreed upon in writing.
Additional service charges will be included in the monthly invoice.
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods only; confirmation will be shared via email.
Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a late fee of ₹100 or 2% of the invoice total (whichever is higher).

6. Data Privacy

We collect: Name, Email, Phone Number, Billing Information.
Data is used solely for service delivery and communication.
NeowebVik does not store card details or sensitive financial information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by NeowebVik remains its property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables become the client’s intellectual property.
NeowebVik retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeowebVik is not responsible for:
- Delays due to missing inputs or feedback.
- NeowebVik is not responsible for platform-related issues, including but not limited to:
  - Ad account suspensions
  - Business page restrictions or disabling
  - Delayed ad approvals or disapprovals
  - Policy violations determined by platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  - Technical errors or outages on third-party platforms
  - Changes in advertising guidelines, algorithms, or ad delivery policies
  - Sudden changes to reach, impressions, or campaign performance due to platform decisions
- Client-side technical failures or access issues.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific disputed service.

9. Amendments to Terms

NeowebVik may revise these Terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of significant changes at least 7 days in advance via email.
Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.Billing & Design Policy

Design Template Policy:
- Up to 2 design templates shared.
- One must be approved within 5 working days.
- First shared template will be finalized if no feedback is received.
Ad Setup Charges:
- Additional ad setup fees range from ₹500 to ₹1,000 based on:
  - Number of creatives
  - Complexity of edits
- Charges are added to the monthly invoice.

11.Service Scope & Domain Policy

- Services are limited to the features in the selected service plan.
- Any services outside the agreed plan will be quoted separately.
- Domain charges apply only if purchased through NeowebVik.
- Clients with their own domains are fully responsible for domain transfer, renewal, and management.
- Hosting charges apply from the second year onward, as per the selected package.

12.Force Majeure & Refunds

NeowebVik is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
- Other uncontrollable events
No refunds will be issued for:
- Services already delivered
- Work in progress
Refunds for future unused services will be considered only if requested within 10 days of payment and are subject to a 10% administrative deduction.

13. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed upon client request.
NeowebVik is committed to confidentiality even in the absence of a formal NDA.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, India.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a contract, making a payment, or using any of our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
